Discover a unique investment opportunity

Welcome to this new project presented by Edgewater 28 LLC. We are a company that seeks the opportunity and vision of growth. Miami is today an important business center, and one of the cities with the fastest population growth in the United States, which is causing an unprecedented real estate boom. In 2019, through various market analyses, we detected a city sector that was becoming a center for art, design, and nightlife: the Design district - Edgewater - Wynwood area.

In our desire to grow, we started looking for a piece of land to start our project and after several months of negotiation, we became the owners of 15,000 sqft at 329/337/339 NE 28 St, in the heart of Edgewater, steps away from Biscayne Boulevard, and a block away from Biscayne Bay.

The area features a rich atmosphere with restaurants, art galleries, bike shops, and flower shops. The focus is on PRACTICALITY, GOOD LOCATION AND DESIGN. The collaboration between architecture firm OPAa from Argentina and Caymares Martin from Miami resulted in an 8-story, 110,000-square-foot building. It will have 53 apartments and 76 parking spaces, and various amenities such as a swimming pool and a gym.
